FOERSTER RECHTSANWÄLTE (fr) is a German law firm that operates on a regional, national and international level. Our main focus is on providing sound legal advice to medium-sized companies, and by doing so, provide the same services that are usually performed by in-house legal counsel. The founding partner of the law firm, Viktor Foerster worked for many years as in-house counsel in the legal department of Siemens AG. He therefore has hands-on knowledge as to how industrial companies are structured, how they operate and what kind of legal advice they may require. FOERSTER RECHTSANWÄLTE advisory plan is based on a complete analysis of the company's existing legal requirements beginning with the first initial advice. Thereafter, this plan is monitored on a continuing basis to maximise the commercial goals of our clients with the best possible legal support. The analysis follows the guidelines that are usually employed during a company’s acquisition or re-organisation (Due Diligence procedure). By implementing our advisory plan the company can tailor its operative and strategic objectives to its specific needs, and do so with legal optimisation.
We support our clients in their acquisition of companies, clarify cartel law questions, review the company to be acquired both from a legal and tax perspective and prepare take-over plans as well as the accompanying contracts. Additionally, we assist our clients in an advisory capacity on issues connected with their business operations. Our strength lies in the experience gained from the multitude of negotiations we have conducted for clients from diverse technological fields, both domestically and abroad. We advise and represent our clients in legal, national and international arbitration, administrative as well as enforcement proceedings in Germany and abroad.
We accept instructions in German and English.
